Systems Engineer - File Transfer
Responsibilities
4-6 years experience in IT infrastructure related field, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
· Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG).
· Experience in Sterling Integrator
· Experience in IBM Connect Express
· Experience in IBM Connect Direct
· Experience working in Production support.
· Experience in Unix/Linux.
· Experience in Business process creation and maintenance.
· Experience in Protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs ,HTTPS, S3, Pesit(good to have).
· Must be having skills in certificate renewals.
· Must have participated in Disaster Recovery for the applications.
Profile required
Functional Skills -
Messaging & File Transfer team member is responsible for managing services on Messaging and file transfer technologies
Effective and efficient management of MTS services to the end users and application teams.
Manage a highly skilled team (multi skilled), Onboard skilled resources for the user support
Manage projects, cost control, budgets and ensure optimization
Good understanding of automation and its best practices
Should be capable of handling critical escalations and ensure towards resolution
Should be skilled to work independently, propose ideas and work globally
Should be comfortable working in highly challenging and stressful environment
Good knowledge on Infra management and it best practices (availability, service quality and legacy management)
Good Knowledge on Incident, Change, Request and Release Management
Good understanding of Vulnerability management
Good Understanding of Asset, license and Capacity Management
Good Understanding of Resiliency, DR Process and BCP
Good Knowledge in managing projects, reporting, timelines and publishing dashboards
Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per the recommendations.
Participation is must to support application when there applicative DRs.
Flexible to handle weekend activities as per requirements

ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications
