Systems Engineer - Python Django
Responsibilities
Structured,analytical thinker capable of operating at multiple levels of precision and detail. Ability to translate business needs into requirements and finally into technical solutions
* Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a team environment
* Effectively manage multiple tasks with strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Proactive learner capable of independently assessing and addressing personal technical knowledge gaps.
* Experienced SSIS,SSRS and SSAS Architect/Design, with strong ETL skills, and SQL server/SSIS package experience.
* Very strong data warehousing and ETL(SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) experience.
* Ability to work with Data Architect and Development Lead.
* Solid experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS,SSRS and SSAS, Transact SQL andPL/SQL.
* Data Analysis and documentation skills a must.
* Creative ability to solve problems.
* Excellent decision making skills.
* Any experience working on power bi projects will be an added advantage.
* Responsible for creating ETL architectural rules and regulations.
* Should have solid understanding of TFS,JIRA, Confluence, SVN
* Experience in Distributed Data (Hadoop/Spark/Kafka etc.)
* Experience in Power BI is additional Advantage.
Profile required
Ø Proven experience as Business Intelligence developer for almost 5 to 8 Yrs of experience.
Ø Translate Business Needs to Technical Specifications, review technical design documentation to ensure the correct development of reporting solutions.
Ø Evaluate and Improve existing BI systems.
Ø Design, build, Deploy BI solution (e.g reporting tools like Microstrategy ).
Ø Maintain and support data analytics platform (e.g Microstrategy).
Ø Familiarity or hands on with multiple BI technologies (e.g Microsoft Power BI or Tableau)
Ø Experience working with data analysis, data modeling Knowledge and tools experience (e.g. ER/ Win, Power Designer, ERStudio), Database technologies (SQL/Oracle),ETL Tools (SSIS)
Ø Expertise in transforming data into visually appealing dashboards that are easily consumed Work on VI dashboards, visualizations, custom calculations, derived elements/metric/attributes etc.
Ø Proven experience in Architecting the Schema objects and good knowledge on public & Configuration objects like Metrics, filters, Configuration etc.,
Ø Good to have data modeling and data mining skills and understanding of Data Warehouse architecture.
Ø Understand the fundamentals of a dimensional data warehouse model and how to optimize the way data is organized for consumption in BI tool
Ø Good Knowledge set on SQL .
Ø Good Experience on Performance Improvement .
Ø Provide technical support for existing support ,dashboards etc
