Responsibilities

This position handles primary duties including but not limited to managing the end to end hiring for one or more business lines and leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists within the India Talent Acquisition team of Société Générale Global Solutions Centre

The role incumbent is expected to define, execute and manage the all the hiring needs for the assigned business lines and ensure enablement of all Talent acquisition needs for the BL.

The role incumbent, as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition:

·       Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy, and roadmap for immediate and long-term hiring goals for the assigned business lines with a focus on DEI and Quality of Hires.

·       Implement and improve recruiting strategies in ways that lead to measurable results in recruiting metrics (e.g., response rates, time to fill, conversion rates, hires, lower third-party agency utilization).

·       Manage the Talent Acquisition process for the business lines including allocation of the workload across the team by overseeing the volume, activities and results.

·       Create and deliver required training modules for the Team.

·       Identify external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques to maintain competitive edge.

·       Serve as subject matter expert to the business by sharing market data, identifying and making recommendations on industry standards, market availability and talent shortages.

·       Lead strategic initiatives to target and identify talent for all open roles, including hard-to-fill or niche positions in the business lines. 

Projects:

·       Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing processes, procedures and systems.

·       Lead and execute the Strategic Talent acquisition projects as assigned

Profile required

·       Minimum of 8 years of Talent Recruiting experience, across Technology & Operations preferably in Financial Services, consulting or Product engineering firms.

·       Other duties and projects as assigned. We’d love to hear from you if this applies to you.

·       Graduation or Postgraduation preferably in Management

·       Advanced understanding of talent acquisition techniques and tools to identify, nurture, and hire passive talent

·       Proven experience with the latest hiring techniques

·       Proven experience in Talent Mapping, Research and Competitive Intelligence and creating custom research reports.

·       Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams

·       Track record of using metrics to drive performance, proven data-driven approach to decision making, ability to think strategically and proactively

·       Excellent Networking & communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Ability to work across all levels within an organization

·       Knowledge and experience in Cyber Security and Infrastructure hiring will be an added advantage
