Responsibilities

What you will do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain the connection between the SG GSC RO and France teams in terms of communications, alerts and escalation of any risks
- Monitor Tasks Planning, management of workloads and alerts on milestones in risk
- Manage staff allocation and workload in sync with operational budgets
- Have an understanding of the skills required to carry out the projects and promote a growth mindset inside the team
- Responsible for identifying and implementing action plans for optimizing and improving services
- Offer mentorship and provide guidance for the Team;
- Ensure the management and the monitoring of the operation for all the perimeters of the team
- Ensure that the team's commitments are respected on a daily basis with interlocutors
- Ensure the first level of filter on outgoing team communications - Support communications and escalations
- Ensure internal visibility on the project status
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and skills development within the team
- Ensure the team adheres to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for resource management: career level and assignments
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews and career discussions
- Escalade the training needs and people managements risks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of team members
- Responsible for improvement plans for team members in collaboration with hierarchy and HR
- Work closely with N+1 to plan and follow the recruitment resources, to scale the actual team, based on Product mgmt. and partners needs
- Contribute to the team management, evaluation, meetings animation, communication;
- Role implies Leading/management activities and operational development tasks in day to day activities.
Profile required
At least 5+ years of proven experience on Core banking , Risk and/or conformity activities
At least 5+ years of practical experience in Cobol/Mainframe application development and the related usual tools
Proven experience with DB2
Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests
Strong experience with standards development and optimal procedures (architecture, security, quality, documentation).
Mainframe knowledge is mandatory JCL
You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
French is mandatory
