Misiune

Education: relevant university/ master degree in finance or any finance related field;

Desired skills & experience

·       Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial sector, external audit, management/ strategic consulting; 2 years of experience in a senior/ coordinator role

·       Knowledge of banking regulation Basel II/ III and IFRS 9

·       Solid understanding of credit risk measurement techniques, demonstrated by relevant experience (minimum 2 years)

·       Advanced English competencies, both writing and speaking

·       Advanced Excel/ PowerPoint knowledge

·       Ability to coordinate, support and motivate the team

Main responsibilities

·       Perform analysis on portfolio structure and evolution; monitors key risk indicators against regulatory and budgeted targets

·       Ensure/ review the accuracy of Expected Credit Losses computation

·       Contribute to recurring or ad-hoc reports/ analysis on credit risk evolution for various stakeholders

·       Review of credit risk strategies proposed by commercial structures

·       Coordinate operational activities, provide team guidance and timely feedback
