Responsibilities

CLD (Client Lifecycle and Digital) is the global cross-business client management division of Global Business Service Unit (GBSU) for Societe Generale. CLD’s mission is to deliver a state-of-the art digital platform, targeting both our staffs and clients and covering pre-trade, execution and post-trade activities, and to grow our client knowledge and deliver a seamless experience through the client lifecycle, whilst protecting the Bank.

Within CLD, the CIT (Client information system and transformation) department is an IT team and has primary responsibility for:

  • Build, Maintain and Provide technical support to the core systems that are used by global CLD team, in particular the next generation of KYC tools.
  • Innovate and provide automated solutions to local and global CLD team.

CIT achieves this while promoting a collaborative and innovative environment for its IT professionals.

As a member of the CIT team within GBSU/CLD, each BA is responsible for:

  • Work in team-oriented environment, developing and supporting business and transversal systems within GBSU.
  • Use Agile concepts for designing, testing, implementing and supporting KYC application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proposing recommendations for process improvement
  • Give clear and consistent reports to the clients and management.
  • Follow SG policies and procedures like change management, project governance and software configuration management.
  • Work with the support team to provide production support for existing applications.

Profile required

Technical Experience Required:

  • Knowledge in developing modern web applications and API
  • Proven experience in Agile and TDD (Jira)
  • Knowledge of Database / SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive several and different contributors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international and distributed team environment.
  • Enjoy delivering solutions to the business.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, innovative and passionate about technology
  • Meticulous capability to plan, organize and coordinate tasks and people.
  • Ability to read and speak French is a plus.

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years applicable experience in a professional setting.

COMPENSATION & SALARY RANGE:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
