Technical Lead - Dot Net
Responsibilities
· Managed a small feature/team or a component of a team.
· Responsible for project delivery and production by managing a small team. Enable teams to clear constraints in the delivery plans.
· Act as a bridge between different stakeholder (Business, PO, Agile Team)
· Guide the team in preparing backlog and develop a high-level design with the support of Technical Lead. Enable the team towards the successful delivery of technical features.
· Responsible for performance evaluation directly/ Indirectly for Team members.
· Responsible for the communication and coordination with other teams, notably by sharing information.
· Ensure the sustainability of team’s agility and timely report risks.
· Hands-on working knowledge on critical application
· Preparing project plan, roadmap & presentation on project to management committee
Providing demo collecting user feedback
Profile required
· Strong understanding on different framework and architecture
· Excellent understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
· Strong fundamentals in Object Oriented design
· Problem solving skills, Data Structure & Algorithms, and logical reasoning.
· Working knowledge in a Datawarehouse/ Analytics project
· Dealt with data intensive process along with ELT/ ETL
· Good knowledge on AMPP architecture on RDBM/ DWH
· Strong knowledge on performance, tunning & compression
· Hands-on in C#, ASP.Net, Web API, Angular 4+, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, MS SQL, REST Ful API
· Expertise on .Net Core 3 & above, windows service
· Object Oriented Analysis & Design, SOLID principles, and clean code practices
· Experience with asynchronous programming & multi-threading
· Strong knowledge of SQL Server (SQL & T-SQL/PL SQL), PostgreSQL Optimization is a big plus.
