Responsibilities

Business Analyst:

Domain – Banking & Credit Risk: ·  Require 4+ years relevant BA experience & Understanding Credit Risk Metrics: FIN, RWA, etc.

  • Should worked on Key regulations like BASEL, IFRS 9, CRR2/3, Large Exposure etc.
  • Credit Risk: Calculation, Reporting , Data Management, Modelling
  • Key Terms: Credit Risk, Concentration risk, Country risk, Counterparty risk etc.
  • Understating Business requirements (BRD)
  • Converting BRD to FSD
  • Able to work with developers to implement these requirements in the system
  • validate the requirements and get the sign off.

SQL:

  • Able to write the queries using SQL functions, joins etc.

Testing:

  • Should have clear idea of test life cycle
  • Good if worked on automated tools .

Agile:

  • Able to understand the agile methodology and follow all the agile practices(Grooming, prioritization, planning, demo, etc.)
  •  

Rols and Responsibilities:

 Attend workshops, discuss, understand, and document client business requirements on different project initiatives/applications features in a complex and dynamic system covering multiple applications in the perimeter;

·     Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented

·     Strong fundamentals in Banking domain

·     Strong Data Analysis skills and well versed with data principles

·     Experience in SQL and MS Excel (intermediate to advance level)

·     Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods, agile ceremonies, etc.

·     Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases

·     Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.

·     Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery

·     Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended

·     Strong documentation skills

·     Ability to listen, think, analyse user requirements, and implement quick solutions

·     Collaborate with stakeholders and product owner on task prioritization.

·     Write clear acceptance criteria, functional and technical documentation.

·     Create user stories and participate in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production release.

·     Maintain a close relationship with development team and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.

·    Show flexibility and availability on covering multiple applications and switching from one to another when it is required.

·     Provide L1/L3 support on applications in Production environment.

·     Drive innovation and contribute with new ideas for the existing architecture, services and processes.

Profile required

Certification of Business Analyst level 1 and 2 is preferred. Expertise in emerging financial technical trends and
technologies. Proven ability of agile best practices and expertise of working with agile development methodologies.
Advanced communication and time management skills. Ability to coach to build an effective cross-functional feature
team.- Require 4 + years relevant experience
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
- Strong fundamentals in Banking and Credit/ Market Risk
- Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects is a big plus
- Knowledge of end to end flow in your respective domain
- Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods
- Experience in BDD
- Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases
- Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
- Competency on writing SQL queries is a must
- Must exposure in onshore / offshore model in Banking captive context
- Must experience in Agile methodology & should have worked in continuous delivery environment. Experience in agile
@scale will be an added advantage
- Team player & willing to walk extra mile to learn & to deliver with a positive impact
- Able to manage various stakeholders from IT & Business side
- Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery
- Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
- Worked on at least one project with minimum 12 months period
