Responsibilities
- Work and assist with Greater China Credit Sales Team on a day-to-day basis to provide services for institutional clients
- Assist sales on daily credit bond trading flow and repo enquiries; assist on trade bookings and maintain a comprehensive record of executed trade
- Reconcile trade details with clients, traders, middle and back offices, ensuring smooth process on both pre-trade and post-trade settlement. (Legal, Operations, Client Support, Valuation, and Trading)
- Coordinate after-sales services for clients including issues related to settlement, valuations publication etc.
- Assist sales on KYC affairs, including new client onboarding, periodical KYC review, reverse KYC and ad hoc subaccount onboarding requests
Profile required
- Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Demonstrate the capacity to work in a team environment, on collective success
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Pro-active, rigorous, able to multi task and work under pressure
- Fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory

Department Description
- Promote SG cash credit franchise to Greater China financial institution clients, including banks, insurance companies, securities houses, and asset management companies
- Producer role within the FIC FI business in Greater China, focusing on cash credit, financing business such as repo, TRS
- Develop business relationships and new revenue with the existing clients and expand new accounts.
- Develop product knowledge and bring in market intelligence to the bank
- Work closely with DCM, Syndication, and trading teams to place public primary and PP transaction. Additionally, working closely with E-trading team to onboard most secondary trading activities onto e-trading platform
