Trainee - Debt Capital Markets
Responsibilities
Kick-start your career in international debt markets
We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee to join our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA). As a Trainee, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support client coverage and transaction execution. You will:
- Help prepare client presentations, proposals and pitch materials
- Support the execution of bond issuances and financing transactions
- Conduct market research and credit analysis on clients and new deals
- Produce regular market updates and insights for internal and external use
- Collaborate with product specialists and investment banking teams
- Assist with client onboarding and regulatory processes (KYC)
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of clients including corporates, financial institutions, and public sector entities.
