About the Role:
As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting senior team members across all stages of transaction origination, execution, and monitoring. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, financial modelling, credit documentation, and client engagement. This is a unique opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in asset-backed financing and structured products while working alongside industry professionals.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in transaction origination through market research and client proposal support

  • Support execution by building financial models, analysing data, and preparing credit documents

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, risk, and middle office teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

  • Monitor transaction performance and assist with renewal credit applications

  • Develop expertise in asset-backed products, credit rating models, and regulatory frameworks

  • Contribute to business development by preparing pitch materials and conducting market analysis

  • Participate in due diligence and prepare reports for internal approvals

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Profile required

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a Science-related field

  • Passionate about capital markets and structured finance

  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial information platforms

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly

  • A team player with initiative, innovation mindset, and client-focused approach

  • Committed to ethical behaviour and upholding the highest standards of conduct
