This is a unique opportunity to develop strong analytical skills while working across multiple business lines in an international and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee, you’ll play an active role in supporting financial steering and performance analysis across our UK platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and analysing key financial reports (e.g. monthly profit & loss, expenses, headcount)
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities in business performance
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and insights for senior management
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
  • Collaborating with international teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting
  • Contributing to process improvements, including automation and dashboard development

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of business areas, including markets, investment banking, and support functions.

Profile required

What we’re looking for

Essential skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive mindset

Technical requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Interest in financial markets and banking

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of financial concepts (P&L, cost analysis, forecasting)
  • Experience with data tools or coding (e.g. Python, Power BI, VBA)
