Responsibilities

Job Summary / Job Purpose

Support Finance department regulatory report production tasks as well as adhoc needs if any.

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks

  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports for both routine & adhoc mission, as well as project request.
  • Support team manager to do regular control on regulatory report production and trouble shooting.
  • Support team manager to do regular review and update of regulatory report procedure.
  • Support team manager to do regular review and follow up the set up in reporting production tool.
  • Work with the team to collectively assure accounting/report quality and improve working efficiency, study and analyze automation/digitalization solutions to reduce manual works and enhance work productivity by using new tools/technology, etc

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major)

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Economics

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how

  • Fresh / minimum 1 year working experience in financial accounting & reporting, financial audit experience in CPA firm is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of finance, accounting, and good visibility of frontier digitalization tech.  

Language Skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Computer Skill

  • Good Microsoft Office skill. Experience with POWER Query, Tableau and Python will be a plus.

Others if any (require to travel, etc)

  • Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure.  
  • Strong teamwork spirit.
  • Initiative to keep self-learning, courage for speak-out and asking questions, trouble shooting and problem solving. Innovative and creative thing, able to think out of the box.

Professional Qualification (if applicable)

  • Accounting certification is preferred
