Trainee in Client Referential Department – M/F/D

This is a 12-month internship requiring availability to work 40 hours per week.

Desired start date: as soon as possible

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Verification of legal documentation
• Updating client databases on the basis of received documents
• Maintaining quality of data processed in reference systems
• Administrating framework agreements
• Daily communication with the teams in the Bank's Head Office
• Archiving documents
• Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department activity

You will be best suited for this role if:

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Very good organization of work
• Analytical thinking skills
• Commitment and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to work under time pressure
