Trainee in Client Referential Department – M/F/D

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Supporting the employees of the Client Referential Department in day-to-day matters, in particular: daily operational work, process of agreements management, and process of updating data based on documentation provided by the clients,
• Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department activity,
• Verifying legal documentation,
• Maintaining data quality processed in reference systems,
• Administrating framework agreements,
• Daily communication with the teams in the Bank's Head Office,
• Archiving documents.

You will be best suited for this role if:

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship (preferably 1st or 2nd year students in economics, finance, law, or banking-related studies),
• Proficiency in Polish and English,
•  Availability to work 30-40 hours per week,
• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint),
• Very good organization of work,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Commitment and accuracy,
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently,
• Ability to work under time pressure.
