Trainee in GTPS OPE Back Office
Responsibilities
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Payments processing in the international client transactions services department
Providing administrative support to the Back Office Team
Monitoring various support inboxes and claim registering system
Support in reports and presentation preparation
Profile required
We expect from the candidates:
Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)
Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness
Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
