Trainee in GTPS OPE Back Office

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Payments processing in the international client transactions services department

• Providing administrative support to the Back Office Team

• Monitoring various support inboxes and claim registering system

• Support in reports and presentation preparation

We expect from the candidates:

• Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)

• Minimum availability of 25 hours per week

• Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English

• Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage

• Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness

• Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
