Responsibilities
Mission:
Société Générale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a trainee in KYC with availability for 12 months and at least 30 hours per week.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Customer overview for all business lines of the Polish, German and Austrian branches
- Preparation of reports
- Performance of due diligence controls in relation to clients’ identification and reputation
- Risk assessment performance
- Other KYC/AML support functions performance, such as: filtering of individuals and entities against sanctions, negative news, PEP
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Student status for the entire internship is necessary (min. 1 year).
Language skills:
- Good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
- Knowledge of another European language would be an advantage
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Client and quality orientation
- Very good organization of work
- Meet the deadlines
- Accuracy and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
