Trainee Junior Project Manager - M/W
Responsibilities
Mission:
We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Junior Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of banking project management. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a variety of exciting projects, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects
Gather and analyze project requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and contribute to creating project plans and documentation
Manage project tasks and timelines, track progress, and identify and address potential issues
Support communication between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned
Participate in meetings, take notes, and prepare reports
Conduct research and prepare presentations as needed
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and knowledge
Profile required
Operational & behavioral skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in the banking industry
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Languages:
Advanced French and English language skills
