About Us
Our Legal Department provides vital legal advice and support across a wide range of banking activities. You will work alongside experienced lawyers in the Global Banking and Corporate Finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support the review and negotiation of contracts and agreements.

  • Conduct legal research and assist with corporate governance and internal policies.

  • Manage administrative tasks, attend meetings, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Learn and grow through comprehensive training and close supervision.

Profile required

Who You Are

  • A university graduate with a strong academic record (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).

  • Ideally qualified or working towards a UK legal qualification.

  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communicator with excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
