About Us
Our Legal Department provides vital legal advice and support across a wide range of banking activities. You will work alongside experienced lawyers in the Global Banking and Corporate Finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Support the review and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and assist with corporate governance and internal policies.
Manage administrative tasks, attend meetings, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Learn and grow through comprehensive training and close supervision.
Profile required
Who You Are
A university graduate with a strong academic record (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
Ideally qualified or working towards a UK legal qualification.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communicator with excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
