Trainee: Structured Finance Operations/Transversal Operations
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Review of legal documentation for transaction execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as front office, compliance, back office and finance to ensure transactions are closed on a timely basis.
- Assist back office with deal closing and de-closing (loan assignment or prepayment) including intermediate communication with Japanese external counterparties.
- Contribution towards various transaction management reporting tasks (ad hoc client requests, specific request for internal partners, scarce resource management).
- Managing different types of loan transactions( syndicated, bilateral, and agent)
- Portfolio will include transactions in real estate, aircraft financing, shipping, energy and export finance.

- Good command in reading, writing and internal business communication in Japanese and in English
