TRAINEE: Structured Trade and ESG Transaction Banking
Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting international trade solutions and ongoing servicing of customers.
- Support in preparing sales presentations and in structuring tailor made trade finance and ESG solutions for corporate & investment banking clients.
- Support in planning and executing sales initiatives, modification of existing services, development of marketing strategies and establishment of sales objectives.
- Contact with clients when necessary.
- Assist in new products implementation and new projects if any
- Work closely with various departments within the bank and across different geographies for all trade finance and ESG related topics.
Profile required
- Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
- Preferably to have other work experiences
- Client centric mindset and behavior
- Proactive and team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)

Department Description:
Structured Trade Finance and ESG Transaction Banking is part of the Global Transaction Banking department and is in charge of the origination and structuring of structured trade finance and ESG transactions. The team works on behalf of the bank's major clients (Corp + FIG) and covers all the APAC countries in which the Bank is established. It has a role of both "advisor", originator and arranger and offers a full range of trade finance and ESG products and services.
