Training Analyst – e-Learning distribution
Responsibilities
- Treating all requests received through the ticketing system according to the SLA agreed with the client;
- Creating and managing standard or dynamic distribution campaigns of e-learning courses in production and testing environments;
- Answering questions related to the enrollment to online courses (level 2 support);
- Ensuring the generation of reports on the tracking of distribution campaigns;
- Ensuring the remediation actions following MyLearning incidents;
- Identifying opportunities to improve one's own performance and training process, systems and tools.
Profile required
- Fluent in French and English (B2 level);
- Familiar with MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
- Detail oriented person with good organizational skills;
- Positive attitude and a cooperative person;
- Very good effective communication skills (especially written);
- Good time management and organization of daily activity.
