Responsibilities

  • Treating all requests received through the ticketing system according to the SLA agreed with the client;
  • Creating and managing standard or dynamic distribution campaigns of e-learning courses in production and testing environments;
  • Answering questions related to the enrollment to online courses (level 2 support);
  • Ensuring the generation of reports on the tracking of distribution campaigns;
  • Ensuring the remediation actions following MyLearning incidents;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve one's own performance and training process, systems and tools. 

Profile required

  • Fluent in French and English (B2 level);
  • Familiar with MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
  • Detail oriented person with good organizational skills;
  • Positive attitude and a cooperative person;
  • Very good effective communication skills (especially written);
  • Good time management and organization of daily activity.
