Responsibilities

•         Lead  Operation and Production management services teams

·       Steer, lead, design, deploy, execute, and improve  Operations, Processes, and control.

·       Manage Obsolescence, Technical debt, resiliency etc.

•         Track, evaluate and drive process improvements.

•         Define measurement criteria. Propose alternate solutions for time to market, cost effectiveness, feasibility constraints and reusability of existing solutions.

•         Accountable for implementation of BCM, compliance and policies of the Group. Monitor and correct process non-compliance.

•         Design, develop and run the service model and supervise service level as per standards.

•         Define Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s and Key Risk Indicator (KRI)s for respective processes.

•         Define production controls and ensure that controls are properly implemented.

•         Perform trend analysis and suggest improvements on new models and processes.

•         Manage budgets and performance for the scope covered.

•         Supervise and ensure quality services and activities.

·       Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.

·       Governance meetings and cross-functional committees of the projects/Program

·       Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings required for the development of work.

·       Apply domain expertise in cross-functional processes and businesses interactions.

·       Monitor and consolidate the progress of deliverables in conjunction team members.

·       Risk Management and Issue Management

•         Builds the roadmap for production control framework (Secure by design, and other framework)

•         Deliver on SAU/GAP activities, Secure by Design Program activities, Control Tower for Incident Management, FinOPs – Infra Optimization, Decommissioning, Advance to Cloud, Route Opening Front office activities.

·       Hiring and talent retention.

Profile required

•         Overall 15+ years of experience in IT

•         Experience is Integrated Service Management (ISM) and Service Portfolio Management(SPM)

•         Experience in production and operations management

•         Experience of leading large teams and complex programs in a global environment

•         Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment

•         Strong stakeholder engagement & influencing skills in a matrix organization.

•         Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, process & change management capabilities

•         Agility in thinking & actions.

•         Strong verbal, written & presentation skills.

•         Ability to mentor & groom

•         Self-starter & self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team of peers.
