Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Tribe Head

·       Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.

·       Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.

·       Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision.

·       Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes.

·       Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.

·       Ensure viable succession pipeline.

·       Lead/Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.

Zero MI

- Deliver >=90% of committed milestones on strategic programs (10 of top 60) : CRR3, IRB, HR Cruise, ABA........

- Improve Partner NPS: IN 45,

- EOY actuals =4 for GSC and contribution to global CFT

- 100% ROSI deliverables on time

- 100% on time closure of audit recos : IGAD, CTL

- SII : logged and NFA defined in MyActions

- Secure by Design KPI Green (0% bypass, 5% exception on controls)
