Responsibilities

Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines recognized wholesale coverage with world-class product, financing, and advisory expertise within one team, enabling us to best support our clients. On the one hand, our transversal, product-neutral coverage teams span all businesses to promote the bank's products and services to our clients globally, and on the other, we provide world-class capital raising, financing and advisory expertise

  • Prior experience in a top-tier investment bank with a track record in M&A transactions; highly-developed M&A execution skillset
  • Drive the agenda including working with client segments and Product Partners to identify and target transaction opportunities in the region.
  • Exposure to the Power and Energy Transition sectors
  • Ability to promote big-picture initiatives in order to cross-pollinate ideas across the firm. 
  • Strong, established relationships with strategics and financial sponsors in the sector 
  • Ability to navigate the policies, procedures and regulatory framework of a large bank and drive performance. 

Profile required

  • Ability to influence and align colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and collaborators across initiatives to drive the collective goals of the bank 
  • Possesses foresight to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions 
  • A resilient individual with purpose and integrity who can persist and sustain energy through obstacles 
  • Able to create an environment of open communication where no question is left unasked 
  • At least 7+ years of experience in the banking/finance industry and with a majority of this time in a similar role. 
  • Managed, and motivated teams with a track record of originating and executing M&A transactions.

COMPENSATION & SALARY RANGE:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
