Responsibilities

Joining the RISQ/CTL division means exercising a demanding profession and being at the forefront of operational changes in the face of growing regulatory expectations.

The RISQ/CTL management is responsible for:

  • the implementation of effective risk management systems, adapted to risks and regulations, ensuring their consistency and robustness
  • impartiality and continuous improvement of 1st line of defense processes

As a V.I.E. Level 2 Internal Controller you will be responsible for verifying the relevance and effectiveness of Level 1 permanent control to cover the risks inherent in the Group’s activities.

  • Participate in the construction of the second level annual control plan (CN2 RISQ)
  • Perform second-level control reviews identified in the control plan
  • Identify areas for improvement related to this analysis
  • Share with the controlled entity the conclusions of your review and transmit to it the areas of improvement to be implemented
  • Contribute to the development of deliverables to be provided to the Group’s governance bodies
  • Participate in the sharing of information associated with the team activity
  • Support local teams in CN2 activities such as the construction of their Level 2 control plan and its implementation

Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application.

Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
•    Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance/Audit
•    A previous experience in Control/Audit would be appreciated

Language skills:
•    Fluent in English and in French (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:
•    Good knowledge of the SI/SSI perimeter and level 2 control
•    Proficient/Good command of MS Office
•    Good communication and presentation skills

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Casablanca, Morocco is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
