Responsibilities
Ayvens Bank was founded in 2010 to attract savings from private savers and then invest these savings in innovative and sustainable forms of mobility. Ayvens Bank is part of Ayvens. Ayvens is a leading global player in the field of sustainable mobility. Ayvens was created in 2023 from the merger of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan. In 2024, the former LeasePlan Bank also changed its name and is now Ayvens Bank. Since 1993, Ayvens (then LeasePlan) has held a banking license from De Nederlandsche Bank, under which Ayvens Bank operates. Ayvens Bank is also a member of the Dutch Banking Association. Ayvens Bank is a separate reporting entity within the Ayvens group and is responsible for attracting retail deposits in the Dutch and German consumer market. There is a client base of around 300.000 customers. Ayvens Bank comprises around 25 staff member spread over specialized functions such as Compliance, Marketing, Risk Management, Finance, Information Security, ICT and Customer Service.
The Customer Service is the first line in front of our clients. We monitor customer satisfaction by proactively and reactively responding to customer inquiries. We are also the saveguard for the Bank by ensuring collection of data quality. We work with various departments to be able to offer a solution in each situation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service team with:
- reviewing and updating the procedures based on LoD2 policies
- implementing data quality controls
- implementing a training plan with the support of Compliance team
A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.
Please note that it is mandatory to communicate us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation at least 2 weeks before the assignment start. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.
Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University
- A previous experience in a financial/regulated institution would be appreciated
Language skills:
- Fluent in English
Operational, technical & soft skills:
- Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Amsterdam is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
