V.I.E. HR Data Business Analyst
Responsibilities

This position has a specific focus on Human Resources (“HR”) data and HR analytics and reporting. The HR Analytics team focuses on the following data driven use cases:
- Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Data processing & visualization
- Monitoring
- Recommendation
- Search
As HR Data Junior Business Analyst, you will:
- Update and maintain new and existing Power BI Dashboards
- Manage access rights to the Power BI Platform Platform and liaise with Global Team on this topic
- Write, update and run Python scripts to automate reporting
- Contribute to the technology watch on data technologies including AI; stay current with leading edge systems, methods, and best practices in the data science fields and use such product and market knowledge to guide scoping discussions with business units
Specific HR related projects will include:
- Develop analytics to generate HR benchmarks
- Develop and train users on automated HR dashboards

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Data Science or a related field
- You ideally have a previous experience with data analytics, data engineering or machine learning
Language skills:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
Operational, technical & soft skills:
- Proficient with Python, Power BI and Tableau (>1 year experience)
- DAX skills
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous at work
- Quick learning and willing to work on a dynamic environment
- Analytical skills and problem solving oriented
- Team work
- Integrity, as your will have access to confidential data
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Montreal is to begin in April 2026, but you need to plan at least 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
