V.I.E. HR Talent Support
Responsibilities
Within the HR, Facility, ESG & Communication Department, the HR Talent team ensures the project plamnning, the delivery and the ongoing management of initiatives and programs about talent acquisition, employer branding, training, talent management and engagement, representing the "center of expertise" for all the employees about professional development and also diversity, equity and inclusion, acting as a partner and a consulting function for all the Departments of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff in the day-to-day management of talent development, training, engagement and employer branding projects
- Support in the deployment of the new edition of the "Business Conduct Continuous Improvement Program" (BCCIP), focused on "Culture and Conduct", through the project management, the implementation and the monitoring of targeted workshops/trainings/news/communication
- Analysis and monitoring of the Employees’ Engagement
- Contribution to the definition and to the implementation of a new Talent Development Program
- Contribution to monitoring and data quality related to the function's KPIs
A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.
Please note that it is mandatory to communicate us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation at least 2 weeks before the assignment start. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.
Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree with a specialization in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Adult Education, Communication) or Business Administration/Marketing
- A previous experience in HR would be appreciated
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
- Fluent in Italian
Operational, technical & soft skills:
Proficient/Good command of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint in particular; for Excel, it is mandatory to know basic formulas like "vlookup" and pivot tables
Good communication and presentation skills
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Italy is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
