V.I.E. Marketing Analyst

The Marketing & Data Department is composed of 2 teams : CLIENT & DATA/Sales Management. The team counts 8 people in Luxembourg and reports globally to the CEO of Société Générale Private Banking Luxembourg and closely work with Communication team. The VIE will be associated to the CLIENT Marketing team located among the front-office teams and will have many interactions not only with our sales force but also with the entire internal value chain (IT, legal and compliance, support teams, etc.)

During the assignment, the VIE will contribute to :

• Promoting services and day-to-day banking especially on digital tools (e-banking, electronic signature, mass mailing tool), credit cards offer via brochures, presentations, website, etc., both towards bankers (internal promotion) & clients (external promotion)
• Developping commercial campaigns in order to promote wealth management activities
• Digital projects (digital acquisition, penetration rate increase, analytics on client communications, enhancing better client knowledge, Digitalization of customer correspondence, automation, etc.)
• Promoting and monitoring customer satisfaction (survey, results, action plan and follow-up)
• Promoting refferal, setting ambitions and monitoring
• Handling with customer communications: customer mailings and e-mailing
• Managing customer documentation: brochures, letters, powerpoint presentation updates and customisations, etc. and closely working with our legal and compliance departments
• Helping on pricing projects
• Supporting the department in different up-coming projects managed jointly with Paris and Monaco and Finally, he/she will play an active role in cross-functional and local marketing projects as required

Please note that it is mandatory to communicate us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation at least 2 weeks before the assignment start. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.

Studies & experience:

• Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Marketing and Economics
• A previous experience in the financial services industry with an emphasis in banking sector would be appreciated

Language skills:

• Fluent in English, C1 level required

Operational, technical & soft skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office, MS COPilot & AI tools
• Excellent Excel level (Pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)
• A good sense of customer relations and service
• A very good communicator, both orally and in writing for client correspondence, as well as for presentations/pitching
• Be able to produce hard-hitting quantitative summaries and to crunch the database using Excel
• Rigour and reliability are key
• Motivated, dynamic, and cheerful, ready to commit to a team that embraces the private banking profession through marketing and sales management, and is driven by a deep-rooted pursuit of excellence

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
