V.I.E. Sales Analyst

The candidate will be part of the Cross Asset Solutions Sales Team as analyst working alongside three experienced colleagues operating on Cross Asset structured products and solution to be distributed through Banks network, Private Banks, Insurances Companies, Asset Managers, Family Offices, Pension Funds.

During this experience the candidate will have the chance to leverage both technical and personal skills, by studying and analyzing the core business products, the client typology and working side by side with several experienced colleagues in Milan, London, and Paris.

The candidate will gain a vast experience in working on very different aspects on the Sales side, including direct client contacts (depending on qualification), learning new skills in working with internal/external clients, take responsibility for various tasks and be an integral part of the team and be part of one of the most successful sales teams on the street.

Typical tasks and day-to-day responsibilities will include:

·        Help the three senior sales in their daily interaction with institutional clients on the primary market activity related to the issuance of a structured products (pre trade, trade, post trade)

·        Pricing of structured products and derivatives exotic solutions, daily interaction with the Paris or London structuring and trading team

·        Strong link with the marketing and Global Research team in order to help the sales in the ideas generations

·        Documentation generation

·        Management of the life cycle of the products after the issue date

·        Management of the onboarding new clients

·        Setup and development of dedicated reporting to Sales Manager

The candidate will acquire proper skills useful to behave in a dynamic and international environment. He will improve his/her analysis skills, the marketing knowledge and how to manage complex processes dealing with multiple internal and external resources.

Studies & experience:

·        Graduate with a Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economic or Finance

·        A previous experience in Financial Markets, better if in structured product

Language skills:

·        Fluent in English (B2-C1)

·        Fluent in Italian

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

·        Proficient/Good command of MS Office

·        Good communication and presentation skills

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Italy is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
