Responsibilities

Within our Private Bank, the Fiduciary Services team plays a strategic role in supporting the wealthiest clients with tailor-made wealth structuring solutions.
You will operate at the heart of Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem, working closely with Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Luxembourg-based companies, in synergy with other key functions such as Depositary Services and Management Companies.

Your Main Responsibilities:
• Support AML/KYC Processes: Assist in investor onboarding and due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Handle Investor Instructions: Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with Capital Flows: Contribute to the drafting and follow-up of capital calls and distribution notices
• Prepare Regulatory Data: Help compile information for FATCA and CRS reporting
• Maintain Records: Ensure proper documentation for shareholders and bondholders, and monitor compliance requirements
• Participate in Governance Activities: Support the organization of AGMs, EGMs, and board meetings, including drafting minutes
• Manage Investor Communications : Prepare and ensure timely issuance of Capital Account Statements and Contract Notes to investors
• Update Legal Documents: Assist in preparing and coordinating updates to statutory documents for CIUs (e.g., Prospectus, Articles of Association)
• Support Entity Incorporation and Structural Changes: Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation related to entity formation and key legal operations (Capital increase, Change of shareholding structure, liquidation)

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economics and Legal studies
- A previous experience in Corporate Legal matters would be an asset
Language skills:
- Fluent in English

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient command of MS Office
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxemburg is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months (renewable).
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
