Responsabilities:

• Contribute with input in the analysis and the need for operational resources to ensure that customer expectations and SLAs are permanently met;

• Participate in regular training sessions within the learning program;
• Participate in the programs initiated within the "Graduate Program - Ygain".
And more specifical:

• Analyze alerts issued by AML (Anti-Money Laundering) /CFT (Counter Financing Terorism) tools, conducting the necessary investigations into client accounts across all markets to provide advice on appropriate actions;
• Identify atypical transactions in the dedicated tool, analyze the risks and their impacts in terms of AML(Anti-Money Laundering)/CFT (Counter Financing Terorism);
• Review and provide advice on any other requests from network contacts;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering)/CFT (Counter Financing Terorism) detection tools by making suggestions and participating, if necessary, in analyses conducted during testing phases.
