BACK OFFICE MANAGER

Process and secure day-to-day banking operations

Do you have an eye for detail? Join Societe Generale as a Back Office Manager.

You will be responsible for analysing new financing and market transactions from a management perspective (closing). You identify the players to be involved, interface with the front-office and middle-office teams, coordinate the gathering of information and models the deal in the management tool.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the overall relationship with the various parties involved
  • Contract modelling
  • Prepare, issue and check execution instructions in the various information systems
  • Checking compliance with internal procedures for each of the files handled (KYC, risk agreements, legal documentation and validly signed instructions, etc.)
