Delta One Trader - Global Markets
Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:
Duties
- Full compliance with Japan local regulation and internal guidelines
- Take responsibility for teamwide projects beyond day-to-day trading coverage.
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
Profile required
Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required:
- 5 years+ trading experience as a Delta One or Equity Finance trader
- Good understanding of Equity cash, derivatives, financing or other flow products
- Strong track record in Market Making and Managing a risk Book is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English. Business level of communication in Japanese is a plus.
- Self-driven and creative
Qualifications:
JSDA Qualification required - Sales Representatives Level 1

Primary Objectives:
- Market Making of ETF, EFP’s, Rolls and inventory optimization
- Execute baskets and Risk pricing of Delta One product
- Cooperate actively with financing team to optimize funding sources and strategy
- Develop new strategies to support the client business
- Generate trade ideas and market intel to aid sales
- Balance client expectations and firm risk to find an optimal solution
