Responsibilities

Mission: As the expert of the Fund Accounting team in Luxembourg for AIFs you will report directly to the head of the Alternative Investment Fund Services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

·         Support the transformation of the team

·         Participate to various projects as the expert sharing his knowledge, writing business requirements, planning and steering the transformation with the peers in Luxembourg, but also transversally with the fund accounting team in France, in India and the associated features and IT team

·         Organize trainings and write the process and SOPs

·         Being the connector between the teams and other departments to improve communication flows and data’s exchanges

·         Making PER Lux visible à exchange on good practices, seek for improvements in the processes, flows and practices

·         Supporting the production and the head of the accounting team, giving them a hand in production, if need be.

Profile required

Operational skills                                                           

·         Advanced level of English

·         Strong Accounting background, including LUX GAAP, legal reporting and VAT rules

·         Good knowledge of the particularities of the AIFs industry

·         Good command of Excel, Link, Duco, Accurate and GP3 PERES/Alfas
