Responsibilities

Société Générale Global Solution Center Poland is a new, growing area of the SG Warsaw Branch, and we are currently looking for a Settlement Analyst with French.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Settlement processing on OTC equity and commodity derivatives products, and completing other transversal tasks related to settlement
  • Identifying, client prematching, clearing disputes, controling and validating all flows to pay or receive
  • Collecting Settlement Instructions (SSI) and taking charge of ”Mismatched SSI”
  • Managing relationships with clients and partners
  • Managing cash reception, cash break, and payments anomalies
  • Respecting and abiding by SSI norms and payment processes
  • Being involved in continuous improvements
  • Managing claims and intercompany deals in case of transversal tasks with allocated controls

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have a degree in the field related to Finance
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in equivalent settlement function
  • You have a very good command of English and French
  • You have experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with clients
  • You have a strong teamwork mindset and collaborate well with others
  • You demonstrate proactivity and take ownership of your tasks with confidence
