Trainee in GSC Poland Head Office – M/F/D
Responsibilities
Société Générale is currently looking for a Trainee in Global Solution Center Poland Head Office (for a minimum period of 12 months).

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
· Collaborating closely with the GSCP Head, GSCP Chief of Staff and Project Managers,
· Attending team and project meetings, and assisting in the preparation of debriefings,
· Monitoring and supporting various initiatives within the department.
· Collecting and managing information required for meetings and presentations and assisting in updating trackers and dashboards to ensure they accurately reflect the project's progress,
· Assisting in preparation and updating presentations for stakeholders, and conducting research on various aspects to provide valuable insights and recommendations,
· Assisting in collecting and analyzing data, which could lead to more informed decision-making,
· Aiding in scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring everyone is on the same page,
· Building Excel reports and trackers to capture and display data effectively, visualizing data by creating charts and update them on regular basis.
Profile required
You will be most successful in the role with:
· Student status for the entire duration of the internship (preferably in economics, finance, or banking-related studies),
· Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week,
· Good knowledge of spoken & written English, Polish is nice to have,
· Very good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI as a plus,
· Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit,
· Accuracy and analytical skills.
