Permanent Supervision Controller
Responsibilities
As a Permanent Supervision Controller you will be responsible for monitoring risks and controls for accounting & permanent supervision processes.
What you will do:
- Monitoring risks and controls for accounting process;
- Coordinate mapping reviews, consistency controls and data quality analysis;
- Follow up action and remediation plans;
- Perform recurrent transversal controls;
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the processes
- Set-up new control framework through internal projects;
- Assign responsible owners and reconcilers and supervise the substantiation of the accounting balances;
- Preparing periodical managerial dashboards for the areas supervised.
Profile required
- Bachelor’s Qualifying experiences in accounting, finance or audit
- Microsoft Office advanced (Excel, Power Point); Alteryx & Power BI nice to have;
- Academic background in Finance and Accounting or Accounting qualification in progress (CECCAR, ACCA);
- Banking business knowledge is a plus;
- English advanced, French is a plus;
- Self-triggered, organized, focus on deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team player and best practice sharing;
- Strong adaptability to a changing environment.
