Trainee
Responsibilities
- Support the business strategy review and market intelligence study
o Analyze and sort massive business information and transform data into executable and effective strategic reports and bring value for management decision
o Involve in the coordination of senior managements visits, meetings and events
o Support for management meetings and update policies & procedures in a timely manner
- Assist ESG & Sustainability Initiatives
o Assist in reviewing, monitoring ESG & Sustainability strategy and its implementation
o Prepare ESG reporting and preparation of sustainability internal & external reports
o Coordinate various meetings & make efforts to ESG data, Own carbon footprint, Minset promotion and other dedicated study
o Communicate with Sustainability office, ESG teams in the Asia-Pacific region
- Serve for Public Affairs Matters
o Evolve studies on China-EU topics
o Assist communication with associations and China, French & EU government officials
Profile required
- Master's degree
- Strong skills in business writing and financial data analysis
- Excellent English Written/ Presentation skills
- Favorable professional ethics, integrity, morality and reputation, good compliance record
- Proactive and energetic, self-motivated
- A team player with strong sense of ownership and good communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good skills of Excel/PowerPoint tools, sense of system
