DevOps Engineer – M/F/D
Responsibilities
You will join a new Feature Team based in Warsaw, with peers located in France and India. With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ – an application used by the Structured Finance teams. As a DevOps Engineer you will focus on deploying software to the production environment, working in Agile.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
· Understanding technical requirements and implementing the corresponding designed solutions
· Provisioning and maintaining infrastructure components in the private cloud in line with the applications requirements (micro service architecture, batches, messaging, file transfer)
· Developing and optimizing CI/CD Pipeline
· Monitoring infrastructure and applications components, to analyze the behavior, performance issues and scalability
· Implementing the security mechanisms for infrastructure and applications (certificates, encryption protocols…)
· Contributing to the design of architecture and technical documentation
· Ensuring Level 3 production support: incident and change management
· Taking active participation in continuous improvement activities
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
· You have at least 4 years of experience in DevOps/Admin.
· Experience in Linux/Windows maintenance.
· You are skilled in CI/CD pipeline development: Jenkins, Groovy, Sonar, Nexus, Maven, GitHub, Maven, XL Deploy (nice to have).
· You have experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as Virtual Machine hosting and Managed Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
· You are familiar with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch.
· You have worked in Agile methodology.
· You are ready to work in shifts between 9 and 19.
· Bachelor or master’s or Engineer degree in IT is a big plus.
· Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
· Continuous improvement mindset.
· Having good knowledge related to Java/Spring development and some experience with Azure is a plus.
· You have good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
· You speak English; French and Polish are nice to have.
