Within the Société Générale group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure, and you will help us develop the next generation user services used inside Société Générale.
You will ensure the development of automated APIs offering access to DWS infrastructures worldwide: Active Directory, Storage, Printing, Computers, Virtualization, Unified Communications (Email, Phone, Chat, etc.) and of the end user applications that will take advantage of these services.
What you will do:
Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of Audit process on the GCOO / GTS perimeter:
• Identify new recommendations published, reopened or closed;
• Determine the correct assignment of a recommendation to a department, a Business Line and a subcategory of events;
• Obtain a recommendation progress status;
• Support the auditees in the implementation of recommendations;
• Be the link between the auditees and Inspection and Group Audit Division (IGAD) and facilitate communication between the 2 parties (eg organization of meetings, advanced documentation, etc.);
• Manage the documentation on audit recommendations/assignments on the Audit Sharepoint and in the activity follow-up file to ensure a good tracking and a complete view of the internal audit activity;
• Raise an alert as soon as it is identified with SEC/GRC, Operational Risk Managers (ORM) and IGAD management for each of the recommendations in stock;
• Initiate the various requests from the auditees to obtain/grant access in KART from Backoffice KART;
• Produce operational, regulatory reporting and quartely dashboards related to your activity;
• You will also be requested to provide specific analysis/support on an ad-hoc basis to help Operational Risk Managers (ORM) in data crunching and analysis.
Profile required

• Preferable graduate from IT University degrees, you have functional knowledge about IT infrastructure (not expert) or risks/control/audit in a banking environment;
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Understanding of operational risk assessment
• Ability to self-manage the workload by task prioritization;
• Knowing how to be synthetic and highlight important messages about your own activity in various presentations;
• “Problem solving” mindset and solution-enabler capacities;
• Client oriented, understand client issues and propose optimal solution assertively;
• Good communication skills, written and oral, in French (B2+) and English (B1+)
