IT Domain Manager – M/F/D
Responsibilities
Your goal will be to manage a multiskilled team of currently ~15 people (~35 people at target) composed mainly of Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Support Analysts and DevOps Engineers in an agile, international, and dynamic environment with both project & production stakes.
The key responsibilities of the successful candidate are to:
· Manage local team members as hierarchical proximity manager
· Ensure adequate team staffing (recruitment) & foster motivation
· Take an active part in organizing the team & new set-up in Poland
· Ensure team performance & alignment with global IT processes
· Contribute to chapter activities & foster continuous improvement
· Sustain strong Agile, Craftmanship & Continuous Delivery practices within the team
· Cooperate closely with managers located in France & India
· Develop a strong partnership with business teams
· Follow architecture principles and roadmap
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
· Management of IT teams & activities
· Strong IT background
· Experience in Agile & Continuous Delivery environment
· Organizational skills, multitasking
· Customer service and result oriented
· Communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Interpersonal skills and team player
· Language: fluent English
