Responsibilities

You will join the Security Hub, within the Infrastructure & Security Services team at SG Global Solution Centre. As Functional Administrator you will be responsible for the global configuration and management of the Data Leakage Prevention platform (~180.000 users), business engagement and functional operations throughout the entire implementation / maintenance process of a DLP solution. You will analyse the user needs, handle the pre study and the implementation of the user needs, and you will drive the requested changes.

Specifically, you will be required to:

·       Policy management (create and update the DLP policies);

·    Tool configurations (response rules, notifications, scripts debugging);

·    Profile/user management;

·    Referential management (data management integration);

·    Exceptions configuration and recertification;

·    Server management/ verifications/ upgrade on Functional Admin side;

·    Incident/ Change/ Problem management (ServiceNow ticketing system);

·    Support to DLP champions that have a validating role on the alerts in the platform (privacy, technical questions, dedicated training, incident analysis).

·       Communication with Supplier’s Technical Managers.

Profile required

·     1-3 years’ experience in SOC;

·  Analysis and synthesis skills;

·  Strong interpersonal and communications skills;

·  Proactive attitude;

·  Fluent in English is a must;

·  Good to have but not mandatory: experience in one security platform (EDR, AV, DLP, SIEM), ITIL certification, knowledge of French;

                 ·  Analysis and synthesis skills;     

              ·  Autonomy and problem-solving cap;

              ·  Experience in agile way of working.
