Lead - Software Product Owner(SPO)
Responsibilities
- Build with business and System Arch the vision of the solutions and monitor the realization with Agile team
- Collaboration with PO to identify needs, Business rules.
- Collaboration with System Arch to identify technical needs.
- Challenge the various needs and propose a frugal solutions including CSR dimension
- Share business strategy, functional and technical priorities, able to translate them to operational team.
- Prioritization of the backlog and ensure his execution by agile team
- Create US of each need.
- Prioritisation of the US
- Identify with the help of Agile Master the risks and dependencies
- In case of incident, identify the risk and impacts and prioritise the resolution
- Ensure that the it solutions are realised in time and are aligned with the business needs and respect the quality, acceptance criteria
- Coordination of the delivery of the US with team and update the PO.
- Be the Point of contact and ensure a good communication with all stakeholder
- To business : listen and respond to needs. Explain and ensure the realisation of technical subjects. Challenge the budget and update regularly on the advance of the projects.
- To Tribe (Tribe Manager, System Arch, Release Train Engineer) : listen the needs and give visibility of the realisation
- To team : explain the roadmap and the priorities. Respond to the questions.
- Manage budget, reporting and ensure coordination with Tribe Manager and Agile Master.
Profile required
• 10+ years’ experience on Datawarehouse application involving in ETL(DataStage) & Teradata Development in Data warehousing projects preferably in Banking Domain.
• Should have exposure on Functional environment and well verse with business needs for Credit risk, Marketing domains
• Relevant Experience as product owner for 1 of several IT solutions.
• Product owner experience on working with business and System Arch to derive the vision of the solutions and monitor the
realizations with Agile team.
• Should have experience in prioritization of the Build and run activities solutioning.
• Experience on prioritization of the functional and technical needs
• Should be well versed on Agile Process and actively involved in Agile @ Scaled ceremonies.
• Should have worked in Data warehousing /ETL projects on Data validations.
• Should have good Team Leadership skills and should be independent in driving projects to closure.
• Proficient in SQL with analytical skills, identifying data anomalies and providing resolutions.
• Experience on scheduling and unix scripting is added advantage.
• Should be able to communicate and plan well with Business, Tribe, BA & Technical team on new products to be developed with acceptance criteria for business changes for the Prod.
• Good analytical/ troubleshooting skills to cater the business requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication to work closely with all the stakeholders.
