Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Strategic projects for capital markets which are large (in terms of challenges, budget, team, etc.) or complex (multiple entities and/or numerous contributors and/or complex functionalities) and/or supervise several projects in parallel.

Be accountable for results as defined in the individual Project Plan(s) validated by the sponsor(s), particularly:

·         Preparing business cases,

·         Validating the organization of project(s),

·         Define and obtain validation by the sponsor of the governance of project(s),

·         Act as a project manager for projects coordinated directly or supervised.

Strategic and project management skills. Ability to handle complex projects independently.

·         Ensure all the projects are meeting the requirements by the client and the requirements are clearly defined.

·         Ensure the projects are concluded by meeting all deliverables, within stipulated timelines, through proper execution, governance, and monitoring.

·         Report and escalate to management as needed.

·         Successfully manage the relationship with the partners/client and all stakeholders

·         Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

·         Demonstrate Accountability, Change Management, Decision Making and Persuasion skil

Profile required

·         Previous experience in project management (3+ years)

·         Ability to drive discussions/workshops with senior management.

·         Fluency in English

·         Well versed with knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques (Organizing workflow, Planning, Communication, Scheduling, Time Management, Define Business case and ROI, etc.)

·         Analytical and presentation skills (Result oriented)

·         Experience in contributing to study and implementation of large projects is must
