Trade Finance Sales
Responsibilities
- To maintain existing customer portfolio, work together with GLBA banker and PCM sales to capture new customer’s GTB needs.
- To work on individual targets assigned at year beginning. The targets should be on both sales activities (Calls per day on existing and new clients) and financial results (transaction volume, financing outstanding, revenue, NBI, number of new customers, cross-selling).
- To manage proactively the sales activities of the teams by client meeting; pipeline execution; RFP responding etc.
- To work closely with CORI for trade facilities identification, conversion and utilization.
- To help come up with new product ideas together with the central TRA team including feedback on pricing, evolving client needs, new best practices, etc.
- To support internal synergy programs with other business lines, especially with PCM.
- To help ensure all transactional irregularities of the trade clients are thoroughly investigated and properly followed to mitigate the risks for the Bank.
- Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management
Profile required
- A Cantonese speaker will be preferred to serve clients in south China
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years with trade finance experience. Commodity biz is not included
- English is must; French bank working experience is preferred

Department Description:
Responsible for contacting and expanding the deposit and loan business, the structured product business relating to interest rate and exchange rate, financial derivatives business, trade financing business, export credit business, foreign exchange products and fund transactions, corporate clients' cash deposits, cash management and electronic banking business, and ensure meeting the bank's established performance objectives under the circumstances of compliance and controllable risks.
