Responsibilities

Mission: Answer queries received from investors, and more generally from any entity (External or internal) to contribute to a first-class service, an optimal operational process, and a high-value coordination on any topic or action where investors, distributors, Management Companies and any actor on the Fund's activity may need support. Contribute to the management of complaints.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Process client (Management Companies and parties involved in the Funds’ activity) and investor queries received by e-mail, post, fax and phone:

  • Ensure that queries are answered timely, accurately, professionally and in line with service level agreements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with operational experts for the completion of complex queries    

Support good communication within the team and within the organization :

  • Seek to continually optimize processes and improve quality
  • Show flexibility and go the extra step to provide excellent service  
  • Strive to ensure a positive service experience for our clients’ investors and distributor              
  • Propose innovative ideas for process optimization and enhanced service delivery    
  • Support the team in the day-to-day activities
  • Participate to the Quality Check                                                                                                                                      

Dividend distribution process, maintenance of the trailer fees and commission process :

  • Handle related queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures to deliver project
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area      
  • Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls           
  • Participate in periodical audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks                                                                                                                                 

Perform oversight controls of the processes performed by Société Générale India (SGGSC). This includes the daily, monthly and annual controls for the Query management, dividends processing, commission processing, FATCA/CRS reporting and client reporting

Perform mailings to Investors according to the instruction from our clients

Team tasks include Dividend distribution process, maintenance of the trailer fees and commission process :

  • Ensure daily deadlines are met in a multi-batch environment          
  • Oversee and control the Events like Dividends, Trailer Fee calculations and payments, Commissions
  • Pro actively sharing knowledge
  • Sign off relevant daily verifications and process validations             
  • Handle related queries in a professional and timely manner            
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures            
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area
  • Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls           
  • Participate in periodical audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks           
  • Strictly respect the Groups Code of Conduct, the local regulations and the Leadership Model.       

Profile required

Operational skills :                                                         

  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate level of French
  • Good knowledge of Fund Distribution Services (Transfer Agency) 
  • Good financial skills                                                                                                                                
  • Good working use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel    
  • Good knowledge of MFTA                                                                                                                                     
  • Knowledge of SWIFT (correction agent)
