HR Internship Opportunity – Discover the World of Compliance, Benefits, and Employee Services
Mission:
During this one-month unpaid assignment, you will have the opportunity to archive employee’s files in accordance to GDPR and retention rules and policies, get an overview of benefit in place and work on the prevention and wellbeing plan with the prevention advisor contributing to a safer and healthier workplace.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Archive physical and electronic employee files, ensuring proper archiving procedures and compliance standards to GDPR regulations and retention policies are met
- Get an insider's view of the diverse range of benefits we offer (mobility plans, cafeteria plans, insurance packages, etc.). Understand how benefits are allocated and managed, and gain insights into strategies for optimizing employee offerings
- Review HR documentation available to employees, conduct a comprehensive inventory, and assess the need for translation to ensure accessibility and clarity across our diverse workforce
- Collaborate with the Prevention Advisor to understand workplace safety and well-being requirements. Work together on delivering key elements of the annual prevention plan, contributing to a safer and healthier workplace
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A convention with the school is required to oversee the internship.
Language skills:
- French or Dutch - C2
- English - A2
Technical, operational skills and Soft skills:
- MS office suite
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: individuals with a keen interest in compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Curious and Proactive learners who enjoy taking initiative and asking insightful questions.
- Strong Communicators who are comfortable working with documents in multiple languages (any additional language skills are a plus!)
