Analyst -Corporate Action
Responsibilities

- Consistent delivery of day-to-day activities.
- Identify and resolve low to medium level issues.
- Adhere to SOP, SLA and Control Frameworks.
- Attend and contribute to process governance.
Profile required
- Good knowledge on SWIFT messages that are relating to corporate action (MT 564 to MT 568 messages).
- Good knowledge on capital market.
- End to end understanding towards corporate action lifecycle.
- Should have experience in narrative management with regard to corporate action events.
- Good Business Communication with all the interaction with counterparts & custodian.
- Good communication and articulation during any team meetings.
- Analyzing the corporate action events, understanding the criticality and impact of each corporate action events and proactive in providing timely and accurate information to the client.
- Ensuring prompt and quality analysis of incoming swift messages and delivering the accurate information to client.
- Proactive monitoring of custodian swift messages & notifying the appropriate teams.
- Challenging the data sources or custodians in case of poor data quality in the swifts received also raise incidents if there is technical issue for the applications the team uses.
- Adherence to the standard operating procedures and updating all the exceptions in appropriate documents (SOP) or the trackers.
- Prompt response to the queries raised by onshore team/processing/downstream teams.
