Analyst -Corporate Action

• • Consistent delivery of day-to-day activities.
  • Identify and resolve low to medium level issues.
  • Adhere to SOP, SLA and Control Frameworks.
  • Attend and contribute to process governance.

• Good knowledge on SWIFT messages that are relating to corporate action (MT 564 to MT 568 messages).
• Good knowledge on capital market.
• End to end understanding towards corporate action lifecycle.
• Should have experience in narrative management with regard to corporate action events.
• Good Business Communication with all the interaction with counterparts & custodian.
• Good communication and articulation during any team meetings.
• Analyzing the corporate action events, understanding the criticality and impact of each corporate action events and proactive in providing timely and accurate information to the client.
• Ensuring prompt and quality analysis of incoming swift messages and delivering the accurate information to client.
• Proactive monitoring of custodian swift messages & notifying the appropriate teams.
• Challenging the data sources or custodians in case of poor data quality in the swifts received also raise incidents if there is technical issue for the applications the team uses.
• Adherence to the standard operating procedures and updating all the exceptions in appropriate documents (SOP) or the trackers.
• Prompt response to the queries raised by onshore team/processing/downstream teams.
